does using soda to wash the problem areas cure blackhead problem? anyone tried it or know some good ways to get rid of blackheads forever?Soda cures blackheads?
The cause for pimples are many and not only adolescence as
popularly believed. Chronic constipation is one major cause,
the food we eat plays a very important role. You will have
to cut down the fried food, chocolates, cheese and aerated
drinks. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables with
a lot of water. Instead of washing the face with soap, use
orange peel powder. Dry Orange peels in the shade for 4-5
days. Powder finely and store. Wash your face with this 2-3
times a day. It clears the face and feels very refreshing.

I have heard of many 'tricks' but not this one.
The best way to get black heads gone - is a hot compress.
Take a clean, wet wash cloth and heat in micro apply
and repeat. If the black heads are on your nose gently push your nose and nostril area up -
wash with an acne face wash and follow with a toner.
A toner offers balance to your face - and helps keep black heads away - (not 100% but it does help).
If your black heads are on your check try to get them to the surface and gently use fingers, not nails to push them up
(with the compress first)..
Don't ever use force in fear of a scar or creating a bigger problem.
Always use a heated mask once a week for black heads.
On a clean face.

if you are scaring, the best thing would be for you to go to the dermatologist and get on medication. Acne, basically, is an infection of the skin, and if the case is bad enough, usually antibiotics are the only way to get it under control.
The dermatologist can also give you some cream to help reduce scaring.
also if you are applying any of these products with synthetic cotton instead of the real thing, switch. I have seen some people become irriatated using the other!Help !! need help to clear acne pimples, blackheads and pimple scar fast for guys like me ! =x?

I have heard a lot of good results with pro active from my teens friends. stay away from greasy foods and fatty foods. i had that problem young too but i am a gal. i found that info from a thermotologist? not sure i spelled it right. but he focuses on the skin issues. I had to see him constantly as i was growing up. anyways. maybe you should look into yours for better or best results. oh and try steaming your face to open up poors then cleanse face and then allow face to dry with little pats of a clean wash cloth then put cold water i use ice, to close poors and use a light moisterizer to keep skin moisturized. be careful not to use the oily stuff. that just makes skin worse or the purfumy stuff. good luck.
try proactive it really does work, the other stuff you buy at the stores just makes it more dry and worse...
Hi,
it's important to inform yourself first before buying the wrong solution. Products like e.g. accutane or proactiv (and those pills doctors prescribe) are aggressive and can cause damages to you and your skin since they contain harmful ingredients.
Your best bet would be to check out

It's one of the very few guides out there which teaches how to really treat the acne problem at its roots from inside and out, no matter which kind of acne you have. Without damaging your skin, all natural.
I've literally wasted hundreds on other ';miracles'; but the tips and steps outlined in this one are highly efficient, bring results fast and that's what only counts for me.
Hope that helps.

Acne and Blackheads?
I have serious acne all over cheeks and forehead, and wherever the acne grows so does the blackheads.
I want some ways I can get rid of both. Don't say pro activ. that stuff is junkAcne and Blackheads?
I agree with Garretts Mommy.
Accutane is the ONLY cure for acne. All other medications will manage the acne, but as soon as you go off the medicine, the acne comes back. I know there are alot of warnings about Accutane, but your dermatologist will watch you closly and monitor your blood levels.
Accutane strips the pores of the excessive oil that causes cystic acne, blackheads, and pimples. It treats acne from the inside out verses trying to treat it from the outsid.
You will still need a good skin cleaning regiment. The purpose of the cleanser is to get out the dirt. Then an exfoliate (gritty) to buff off the dead skin cells. Then medicated cream for the acne and then oil free moisturizer.
I know it sounds like alot, but it makes all the difference. I use a product called Intaglio, but Neurtragena or Clearasil products are fine--just get the stuff for acne. The moisturizer will help the dry skin.
I hope this helps.Acne and Blackheads?
My husband had horrible acne as a teen and the only thing that ended up working was accutane. If it doesn't seem to be going away with over the counter products then you will probably have to see a dermatologist and talk about using accutane or maybe there is something else that he/she can recommend for your case.
If ProActiv is junk? How come it cleared up my acne in 4 months?
But look this is what i did, if you don't like ProActiv use another product. But wash your face with that every morning and night, after use a toner, then a cream that kills the bacteria. Make sure you drink a lot of water and i mean a lot, especially right before bed so it cleans away the oil in your body. Eat healthy, try and stop eating oily greasy foods, even though people say it doesn't affect acne, it does a little bit. Eat more fruits and vegetables especcially apples theyre good for your skin. Take vitamin e and vitamin c pills, good for your skin. Go to a facialist every month and get a facial. I did all this and my acne cleared up in 4 months.
proactiv sucks, never use it.
neutrogena foaming facial wash is the only thing that has ever worked for me, and trust me i've tried just about everything but accutane.
but if you have the extra money go ahead and get accutane, my mom and sister both used it and haven't had a pimple since!
What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.
Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She's sharing her story at her site:

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. All acne home remedies should include a healthy diet. Avoid eating chocolates, fried food and refined sugar. Check out http://totalskincare-s.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
Blackheads are the first step before the acne properly develops. Preventing blackheads is crucial to preventing some forms of acne. There are over the counter solutions in the form of benzoyl peroxide-based topical applications, but if as you write, it is serious, then you should see a dermatologist for antibiotic treatment because the bacteria is evidently multiplying faster than you can combat it with topical solutions.
Drinking water does not clear away oil (oil floats on water and can't mix) it doesn't run out of your pores unless you are sweating, so that would make sweating a cure-all for an oily face, but it isn't.
The oily foods might probably be being transferred to your face by your fingers, but that's only probably.
edit - Accutane is emphatically not the only cure for acne. It is an effective treatment for SOME forms of acne and not everyone can use it. It is also not the automatic drug of choice for mild to moderate acne, even if it recurs. Using a single case study (i.e. yourself) is no way to test effectiveness and reaction.
Gloria: I might be wrong, but I suspect you of trying to drum up sales for a particular product.

You definitly need to try the medicated acne peel and spot treatment by Bee-Luscious Cosmetics also to moisturize the hydrating cream concentrate is truly amazing you will so love it . You can also look under bee royalproductsPimples and blackheads..need something that works within 3 days.?
you can try making a baking soda paste and putting it on your blackhead for about 10 minutes, then you rinse with hot water, then immediately with cold water.
To get rid of blackheads, use those Biore porestrips. If you want to get rid of them in a natural way, then steam your face 3 times a week. After steaming your face, use a clay mask on those stubborn blackheads.
As for pimples, you have to be patient. Go see a dermatologist for that.
Try asking a dermatologist, see what they say, but if you have within 3 days that may not be a possibility!
i use apricot scrub to get rid of my black heads. But I scrub hard for about a min on every side of my face...

Question About Blackheads?
This is gonna sound kinda gross...but I have a black head on my nose, and it's about 1 year old, because I could never figure out how to get rid of it. It's driving me crazy. Does anyone know how to get rid of it, without buying something at the store?Question About Blackheads?
I hate getting blackheads on my nose! Okay so place your right pointing finger's nail on the right side of the zit, and place your left pointing finger's nail on the left side of the zit. Then push them together a little bit, not all the way, and you will see some stuff come out of it. After you are sure everything is out, put astringent on it so it will heal. And if you have a mother or aunt or somebody around, it's best if you have them help you too. Good luck! Oh and yes, it might be a cyst. I had one in my leg and thought it was a blackhead or flat mole. I would get it checked if it doesn;t clear up.Question About Blackheads?
tea tree oil (//.^) little trick for zits, pimples, and blackheads. Sometimes popping blackheads (or anything like that) leaves a scar. . .
tbh,
your best hope is getting tea tree oil,
you do have to buy it,
but its not that expensive,
it works on pimples %26amp; blackheads :)
Pop it
drench it in hot water, and let it soak.
then try popping it out.
but if it's one year old, then it may not be a blackhead. it may be a cyst or something. if this doesn't work, i'd go get it checked out.
well, put a cloth into warm water. then put it on your nose. try to give steam on to it. then try to pop it out. it should come out the. or else, u should go to dermatologist.

Male with Blackheads and Unwanted Hair within the T-Zone, Ettc.?
Hi, I'm a male age 23 and I seem to have a lot of blackheads on my nose and in the T-zone, I also happen to have unwanted hair in T-Zone. Does anyone know of any products that would help eliminate blackheads, I've tried several products before but nothing really worked? Also does any know of any sort of products (possibly any creams) that would help significantly slow hair growth (doesn't have to completely stop growth) within the T-zone?Male with Blackheads and Unwanted Hair within the T-Zone, Ettc.?
You should really see a dermatologist for the blackheads. If you have tried several products that haven't worked, you may need a prescription acne medication, such as Accutane. As for the unwanted hair, there are several over-the-counter creams that claim to slow hair growth, but the claims seem to be false. They are expensive, and you should really just save your money. There is a diuretic called Spironolactone that has shown some success with reducing hair growth. The problem in your case would be that it would reduce hair growth all over your body, not just in the T-Zone. It is only available by prescription and is usually reserved for use with severe hirsutism. Other than temporary methods of removing the hair (tweezing, waxing, shaving, etc.), you may want to try a permanent method, such as electrolysis.

Wash face more often for one, also you can purchase those blackhead removal kits its just thin sticky paper when removed takes the blackheads with it. You can get peels done or get them removed from a Derm's Ofc. too. (Not painful)Remedy for blackheads?

I have blackheads on my face ...?
i have blackheads on my face but there are 4 on the tip of my upper lip, i tired popping them and it hurts so i stopped. how do you get rid of blackheads???? its so annoying these 4 lil black dots my my upper lip! its like almost on my lip its so close. help!I have blackheads on my face ...?
Use a regular ole peal mask.. By the time they are blackheads they are just hardened oil(wax) Q-Tips are great not to damage the skin around them. They make blackhead removers too,, metal,, look in the Revlon section where all the toenail clippers are.I have blackheads on my face ...?
You can squeeze them out and it won't hurt anything. Steam your face really well in the shower. When you get out use two q-tips to squeeze them. They also sell a little tool called a cone extracter that is used to get black heads out. It is 5 or 6 bucks. The lip is one of the most sensitive areas to get them out of but you can do it. Just don't use your fingernails or you will dig into the skin and cause a mark and even a scar. The more you steam you face, the eaiser they are to get out. When you squeeze it out, be sure to get the whole thing or it will just come back in a few days.
If you want to spend the money, go get a facial. Or you can do it yourself. Go to the store and get yourself a face cleanser and small cloth. Follow the directions on cleanser bottle. For best results, use as much warm water as possible. This will open your pores making it easy for you to pop the blackheads. Then pop the blackhead. Once you do that, you want to clean it. You can use the cleanser again on that area or what I do, is grab a cutip and alcohol and clean around it making sure you remove all the oils that just came out of the blackhead. (The alcohol dries the area preventing it from spreading). That is it. good luck. By the way NEVER EVER use soap to clean your face. That is what causes blackheads. Use a facial cleanser every night before going to bed.
Get a facial done, they'll take it out the proper way without the pain. Plus you get to treat yourself.
If you're really the ';I wanna do it myself....bla blah blah...I'm cheap';...then boil some water on the stove. Once the steam starts to build put your face over the pot, not in and not too close, or obvs you'll hurt yourself. Putting a towel on your head while you do this helps keep the steam stay within. Try 5 mins, it'll open your pores. Try popping it gently now, if it doesn't come out DON'T try any harder you'll make it worse. If it doesn't work, go get it fixed from someone prof!
Hope I helped. Good luck!
go to a derma... have your face cleaned by a professional. don't pop them yourself or they'll be worse.
Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
Dont pop them.. You need to just exfoliate.
If you can aford it there is a SULFER mask at saphora.. it works but its a little $$ %26amp; its also made out of sulpher.
Your pores are clogged with old %26amp; dirt
Make sure you wash your face before you go to sleep
Ive had ones on the linning of my lip. LEAVE THOSE ALONE. they will look like you have cold sores if you continue to mess with them
Acne free is a good skin care line %26amp; not to much money
Just remeber to exfoliate %26amp; keep your hands away
OK GROSS, GO SEE A PROFESSIONAL.

Acne, Pimples, Blackheads?
I know that everyone says, and you probably will too, that you should not pop or remove your acne, pimples, or blackheads physicaly. Ive decided to completly stop inorder to heal. But I was just thinking.. Lets say you get a real bad pimple or blackhead, and it seems like it'd be better to just remove it. Should you remove it? What are the kinds that you should remove and what kinds should stay for healing? How can you go about safely removig these?Acne, Pimples, Blackheads?
All should stay for healing until they burst or pop on their own (which, ideally, if you're treating them, they shouldn't). If you have this many different forms of acne: non-inflammatory (blackheads and comedones), inflammatory (whiteheads and pustules), and possibly cystic (hard nodules under the skin), then you need to consider Accutane therapy. This is especially true if you are concerned about scarring. Accutane is commonly-prescribed for patients who have acne that causes scarring.
If you're not prepared to consider Accutane, then you need to consider what is called ';combination therapy';, where multiple treatments (like benzoyl peroxide and glycolic acid and salycylic acid) are used together to treat acne. This is is ';secret'; of treatments like ProActiv, AcneFree, Clean%26amp;Clear, and those brands. They utilize multiple therapies (in a cleanser, toner, and leave-on treatment) to attack acne in different mechanisms. This treats acne chemically (at the molecular level), preventing scarring, rather than trying to treat it physically (by trying to 'pop' a cyst or scrub the acne the away), which can scar or abrade the skin.
Good luck -- and get treatment for your acne to prevent the need for popping. It will be money well-spent, even if you don't have insurance. You will spend far less money now than you would later trying to remove the scars later. Acne, Pimples, Blackheads?
Well if it's a type of boil then it is infectious so you can try hot compresses for awhile to see if it'll come to a head and then express it using something to protect your hands like latex gloves.Make sure you disinfect the area after wards or it'll cause more, you may laugh but I use bleach,it kills everything, you just have to be tough and suck the pain from the sting for a little while,it'll stop.

What should i do?I am 13 and i havent started my period. I already have pimples and blackheads pretty bad. Is it hormones????
I'm 16 and I haven't started mine yet...I am 13 and i havent started my period. I already have pimples and blackheads pretty bad. Is it hormones????
just wait ull get it soon some people are get it early and sum get it late like my mom she got it when she was 15 and i got mine when i was 12 and yes it is hormones
oh and once you get it you wish you have never started i don't know what all the fuss is about with like 11 or 12 year old saying oh i wish i had my period
I'm 20, and I still am a pre-pubescent
Acne is cause by numerous thing
it doesnot mean. and its not hormones. we call it acne.u can use proactive solution to cure it. for more information check www.proactive.com
the pimples and blackheads are totally different they are just clogged pores, get yourself a good cleaning solution and astringent and wash your face well. i have heard 'proactiv' is great and there is a generic product at walmart and most other stores that says its the same only cheaper. as for your period some girls don't start until they are 18 but most start around 13-15 so don't worry unless you are having some pain or something. ask your mom or doctor if you're really worried. otherwise you sound like a normal, growing 13 yr. old....don't worry all the woman stuff will hit you before you know it !
i am 11 and i haven't eitheir,i would just wait like i am!and i have pimples to!
Puberty has kicked in girl!
But, puberty means, pubic hair, acne, growth spurts, getting a more feminine shape and yes your period.
What comes when is based on genes, and sometimes patience.
So, just wait
Its completely normal to not have yours yet.
It will probably come in the next three years.
Your still in the normal range for not getting a period. Just have patience and for the next 40 years you'll be happy.
You're lucky like me. Only I'm 11. I've heared that it hurts and that it's a pain in the butt. If you don't get it by the age of 16 tell your doctor because it coul'd be a serious problem. But other than that you're okay. Even If you want to get it over with you just have to wait. So just hang in there. I also heard that if you are skinny if might come later. You might find white stuff in your underwhere before you get it.
thats normal.... you can start from 11 up to 16 or 18 its not unusual. be happy with who you are, when the time comes it comes... starting your period actually isnt all that great. dont worry you'll start eventually and pimples could just mean your face isnt clean.
well i hope i helped a little bit!
its just the part of life
could be that you are just not washing your face properly or enough (DON'T use a washcloth on face and wash twice a day)... could be a medical condition (like polycystic ovarian disorder) that people usually don't look for in females until they are older... it could just be that you are a late bloomer... don't worry too much about the period thing... just worry about taking care of your face, and DON'T pick at your blemishes... trust me, if i had listened when my mother said that, i wouldn't have all the scars on my face that i do... good luckmake up advice

Help with blackheads?
I have a blackhead problem. I use noxzema(sp) but it's not working for me. What works best for you to get rid of blackheads quickly?Help with blackheads?
Wash once a day (I find that cheaper brands of face wash are, frankly, useless)
Scrub once a week
Facemask once a week (I just do mine whenever I can)
Pore strips from any brand (I find they all worek the same) - I guess ideally whenever blackheads occur. I put them all over my face (Not just T-zone). It means using a whole pack (maybe more), but Ifind it by far the best way to get those suckers to come out!
Wash your face before the pore strips, and go over it with some anti-zit wipes/pads afterwards to make sure dirt doesn't get in.Help with blackheads?
Go to www.youravon.com/rjackson4758 and look through the Avon clearskin products. They are formulated to treat blackheads/breakouts.My son uses them and they work great. Also, try drinking more water.
wash your face before you go to bed, and when you wake up.
cuz while your sleeping your face gets oily.
and oil clogs your pore, which cause blackhead, pimples, break outs.
Biore facial or nose strips. They do work!
An ideal mask that extracts dirt and oil from clogged pores can be made by using orange peel and yogurt. It also opens up the clogged pores that cause acne and blackheads.Clay masks used regularly helps pull out trapped oil and dead skin.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
Wash your face every night with a gentle soap like Pears or Neutrogena. Then, on problem areas, you can apply a benzoyl peroxide product like Clean and Clear.
there is a thing called i dunno i forgot but its like this paper with something on it u put it on leave it for like 2o seconds and then take it off and the blackheads will be on the paper and off your nose or where ever u have it...

For mild to moderate acne, you can use over- the- counter topical ointments, solutions, lotions or gels that contain benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or azelaic acid as an alternative to benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide is best at killing P. acnes and may reduce oil production. Resorcinol, salicylic acid, and sulfur help break down blackheads and whiteheads. Salicylic acid also helps cut down the shedding of cells lining the follicles of the oil glands. http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=166842

Salicylic acid also helps cut down the shedding of cells lining the follicles of the oil glands. http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=166842
Pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and small bumps?
Just all over my face, all the sudden. i have this huge patch of bumps that blends in with my skin on my cheek kind of by my lips. then i have blackheads all over my nose. then i have some under my lip. and i keep getting these random huge zits. its driving me nuts. i don't know what to doooo.Pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and small bumps?
ok I have the same problem... what you need is a good skin cleanser and those white bumps you see are actually dead skin flakes that haven't fallen off properly so they form bumps. DON'T PICK AT YOUR FACE it will only make matters worse. For blackheads put a warm washcloth over your face and it will make them come up to the surface. Or use a good exfoliator. For those zits just wash your face with a good face wash.
To get personalized evaluation for your skin you can go to:

uh...
wash your face twice everyday and NEVER try to pop them or they will leave scars which could take up to a year or more for them to completely clear up and go away. some scars are permanent.
Wash it with mild soap and also try to keep hair out of your eyes or face because hair has an oil called sebum which creates pimples. um... keep you fingers and hands away from your face too they can put dirt on your face and make the pimples worse.
Clay masks used regularly helps pull out trapped oil and dead skin.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

Biore & Blackheads?
Im 15, and i've been using Biore blackhead strips for almost a year. It just doesnt seem to be helping much. People always say Biore is the best brand, and that you can see the blackheads on the strip when you pull it off. I dont see them. What does work for blackheads? I also use a Mint Julep mask sometimes and that works a little.
Any other ideas?Biore %26amp; Blackheads?
I would reccommend switching to neutrogena's blackhead scrub. Neutrogena focuses on the black heads and only on the black heads. Biore doesn't really focus on that and sometimes they claim to reduce shine or shrink pores. Always use a product that specializes in what it claims to do. Never use a product that multi-tasks.Biore %26amp; Blackheads?

Any home made acne and blackhead recipes to get rid of the acne?
i brake out all the time before after and just all the time!!
I need help! any home made recipes?Any home made acne and blackhead recipes to get rid of the acne?
As far as home-made remidies go I personaly have not been very succesful. However, if you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Does blackheads make ur skin oily??
how do i get rid of oily skin do i get rid the blackheads first??Does blackheads make ur skin oily??
I think oily skin makes blackheads o.oDoes blackheads make ur skin oily??
An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details log to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/
Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
Oily skin actually makes blackheads.
Wash your face everyday.
Exfoliate every other day.
Use a toner to shrink your pores.
Use a moisturizer to hydrate your skin.
Blackheads are blocked pores so to me I would try to avoid fast food and fatty food and eventually work up to those healthy fruits and vegies and the problem should resolve itself.

Popping blackheads?
i have quite a few blackheads and i was wondering if you should squeez them out or what?? can you helpPopping blackheads?
You can squeeze them out but it may leave a scar behind so you should use a toner after this. One good toner is Kose sekkisei lotion. Picture from website=http://www.sekkisei.com/asean/in鈥?br>
I have a good way of removing it without scarring it. Personally, I have blackheads too and I have tried many methods of removing. I have a really cheap and simple way of doing it. I have told this to some of my friends and they say that it works. I believe most of your blackheads are on your nose. Try touching your nose and it will feel rough and after you follow what I say, it will feel smooth. Firstly, take a cotton pad and separate into 2 so the cotton pad is thinner by half. Next, you can cut the cotton pad that suits the area of your face where there is blackheads. Then, dip it into egg white and paste it on your face and wait for it to dry. It will seem a bit irritating if you put too much egg white as it may drip so you can use a tissue paper to wipe it off (the more egg white, the more effective it is) and it will stop after some time. I will recommend you to take nap as it will take about half to one hour. After one hour, you can try to see if the cotton pad is still damp. Make sure it is dry so that it will be effective. When it is dry, peel it off and you can see most of your blackheads on the dry cotton pad. You should use a toner too after this to close your pores and to reduce the blackheads.
I think that this is the best method but you must protect your face like applying pore-reducing creams like Estee Lauder's Idealist Skin Refinisher or Ettusias's pore minimising mask to prevent it from growing back and minimise the pores. Hope this help and wish you have a beautiful face after this.Popping blackheads?
use warm water to wipe it...then squeeze it out...or try to peel it out by a kind of facial sticker which you could get anywhere. Its good thou.
I like to use a pore strip after a hot shower/ sauna trip. That way your pores are really wide open and the strip can get at them without stressing your skin, well, any more than absolutely necessary.
True, it's probably best just to leave them alone and get a pro to work their magic on them, but hey, we're only human, and those facials are darn expensive!!
As annoying as they are, squeezing out blackheads can just lead to worse infection, so it's best to leave them be. Try using a facial scrub with the little microbeads in them- those work wonders for blackheads.
If you can stand squeezing them out, then go ahead.
You can also find strips...
Then when your face it clear get some type of facewash(I think Neutrogena has one) that helps prevent blackheads....so you won't have to deal with them again.
Does blackheads make ur skin oily??
how do i get rid of oily skin do i get rid the blackheads first??Does blackheads make ur skin oily??
Blackheads are blocked pores so to me I would try to avoid fast food and fatty food and eventually work up to those healthy fruits and vegies and the problem should resolve itself.Does blackheads make ur skin oily??
Oily skin actually makes blackheads.
Wash your face everyday.
Exfoliate every other day.
Use a toner to shrink your pores.
Use a moisturizer to hydrate your skin.
An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details log to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/

ACCUTANe, blackheads, whiteheads?!? HELP?
I am on accutane am have been getting terrible white and blackheads on my nose.
I just pickes at them, my nose is all read and you can see my pores.
HELP
what can I do to reverse what I just did?
=[ACCUTANe, blackheads, whiteheads?!? HELP?
don't pick them. just keep taking the accutane, they will go away.
does your nose feel rough, kind of like a strawberry or a cactus when you touch it with your finger? that is normal, it will only last a little while until the accutane fully kicks in.ACCUTANe, blackheads, whiteheads?!? HELP?
You might try microderm abrasion. It is used to repair damaged skin due to acne, sun damage, and fever blisters and cold sores. I had scars due to fever blisters and cold sores and used a microderm abrasion product and my face looks much better. I have a friend who used this for acne scars and it worked for her. Microderm abrasion kits are available at any health and beauty aid department and are very affordable.
If you are taking Accutane, is your doctor checking your liver functions, a simple blood test? When taking this medication your liver should be monitored.
I too have been on accutane. It was the best treatment for me by far but unfortunately you have the most fragile brittle skin known to man. Its REALLY important not to pick at your pimples especially during this treatment. I had many scabs on my face from doing so and they healed but had minor scarring from it.
have you been on accutane for long? Your acne is supposed to get worse before it gets better.
Just hang in there. It's a long haul. I was on it for 5 months, the blood tests were a pain since being a female I had to go on a monthly basis. It will be all worth it in the end.. but in the meantime just use cold water compresses if try and quiet down any redness.
If it gets much worse see if your dr might be able to prescribe a safe hydrocortisone cream for you. Do not use anything abrasive on your face or skin for that matter. It will only cause more damage
Well if you just started accutane thats why you have been getting them. For the first 2-4 weeks your acne will worsten when on it. DONT PICK AT THEM THO! They will only stay longer and maybe even scar. I rather have a bad zit for a couple days then pick at it and have a scar there for the rest of my life.

The BIORE nose strips are the BEST!!!
No other nose strips work... they get rid of blackheads immediately and then you get the biore blackhead soap and wash with that every day, nose strips once every week, it really works!
I highly recommend Biore pore strips or something along those lines, they will instantly remove blackheads and will get them right out. The reason you get blackheads is because you do not cleanse your face or use a mask often which tends to cause build up in the pores of dirt and impurities, this is something you can help eliminate because it turns into black heads and they look horrible. So everyday you must cleanse to clean you skin, use a toner to remove ecess dirt and try to eliminate redness and skin imperfections followed by a good moisturiser - do this 2 times a day!! Also once a week use pore strips and a blackhead clearing mask . i highly recommend mary kay and garnier products as they are good quality. Also you must drink plenty of water and avoid fatty foods. I think if you follow these steps your skin will get clearer but not overnight but it will happen, just be patient and treat your skin well. good luck

My kitty got some black dots under her chin that look like gigantic blackheads.....?
does anyone know what they are???My kitty got some black dots under her chin that look like gigantic blackheads.....?
Hi Nathalie...what you may be witnessing most likely is feline acne. Here's a website that shows photos as well as give detailed description on how it's diagnosed and treated respectively:
http://www.fabcats.org/acneandstudtail.h鈥?/a>My kitty got some black dots under her chin that look like gigantic blackheads.....?
Thank you, that helped and relieved me a lot.... I think my cat got them during the summer when it was very hot and I could see that her food and treats were looking greasier than normal...and I've always used porcelain bowls and she doesn't go outside... ;)))) Report Abuse
fleas or lots of ticks
Feline acne starts as small, oily black plugs in the chin, much like blackheads, which may progress to red, itchy bumps, which may become infected. Treatment varies, but most veterinarians will recommend daily cleaning with an antibiotic soap, followed by a topical ointment, either antibiotic, or anti-fungal. Oral antibiotics may also be prescribed, as well as a scrub with hydrogen peroxide.
Severe cases of feline acne may be difficult to eradicate, so you'll want to take your cat to the veterinarian at the first sign of black spots on the chin. Although cats are not embarrassed by acne, as humans are, the condition is still potentially serious, and not to be ignored.
more than likely, flea poop.
There is a such thing as cat acne. Ask your vet if that is what it is. Because it might be something more serious. But the only way to get rid of Cat acne is to not put your cat food or water in plastic dishes. use metal or glass dishes instead.
It's called feline acne and can be caused by using plastic dishes for food and water. Try putting your cats food in glass bowls and see if it doesn't go away.
Even though washed it seems the plastic can still harbor bacteria which makes the cat ';break out';.
Guess: may be flea larva. Have vet check out.
That's what they are. Cats get acne on their chins. If they open or become reddened they could be eosinophilc granulation which also occurs in that area.
Vet time!

Steaming Blackheads????Can't Breathe!!!?
I recently found out a really good way of preventing spots, and also reducing spots that you already have. It's the steaming method thingy, where you fill a bowl with boiling water, put a towel over your head, and let the steam go over your face. My only problem is, when I do this, i have to keep taking my head out of the towel, because I can't breathe under the towel! Is there any way that I can solve this? Please don't just say that I should stop doing it! xoxthanksxox Steaming Blackheads????Can't Breathe!!!?
i just steamed my face because i have bad blackheads i find it easier if i leave a gap in the towel so i can just lift my head when i feel i can't breathe but i still get steam on my face so it works really wellSteaming Blackheads????Can't Breathe!!!?
To me I dont like steaming blackheads cause it seem pointless because basically its like puting warm water to your face. Steaming and puting warm water helps open up pores which has dirt and oily.
Instead of steaming your face to get rid of black heads, you could do a home remedie that I use and it works well.
Get a egg (get only the egg white), put it on your nose or chin (w/e has blackheads), then put on top a oil blotting sheet, leave it on for 10 mins and pull out slowly.
HTH
You're only supposed to steam your face for about 30 seconds, not an extended amount of time.
Try a straw. That's all I can think of besides stop doing it - which I know you don't want to do. Good luck.

Destroying Blackheads!!! Any successes?
I'm sure this has been asked a hundred times but I would like to hear success stories (if they even exist) on how to get rid of those awful blackheads once and for all. I currently use Pro-Activ and it works good for pimples, and red bumps; it does NOTHING for my blackheads. I even wonder if perfect skin is even an option. (wishful thinking)Destroying Blackheads!!! Any successes?
yes heres my story!
its simple and cheap. just use rubbing achohol. First wash face. Then use a very hot face cloth on your face to open up the pores. Then pour some rubbing achohol on the face cloth and sort of rub your face. It obsorbs the oil in your skin which has the dirt and blackheads stuff in it and it cleans it really fast. This also gets rid of pimples
IT WORKS GREAT
you may feel a liltle pain
but that just means its working so goodluck!Destroying Blackheads!!! Any successes?
Try Biore and St. Ives scrub.
SWIM daily in a chlorinated pool.
My son is a lifeguard. He said no one who swims has acne.
Try it for a while!

Popping blackheads?
if i pop out my blackheads, will i bleed? i have a lot to squeeze out, so will i bleed a lot? is popping them out even a good idea? thanksPopping blackheads?
No, if you pop your blackheads you will not bleed. it will hurt but, you won't bleed. The blackheads (which I am assuming it on your nose) would come out yellowish white when you squeeze it, which is odd. Anyways, It is better and I think healthier if you use the strips that you put in your nose, leave it on for a couple of minutes and when you take it out all of the blackheads (pores) are in the strip. The name of this product is pore cleanserPopping blackheads?
pop them! i am a beautition and its called extraction
first, get a large bowl ( mixing bowl ) fill it with boiled water from a kettle, put you face abuve the bowl ( a few inches ) and place a towel over your head and the bown
this will alot lots of steam onto your face which will open up all the pores, the black heads will pop very very easily :)
you may bleed a little but dont worry about it
Have a hot bath, facial sauna or put warm flannels on your skin for a few mins. With clean fingers or clean cotton cloth, gently place fingers either side of offending blackhead and press towards centre. Don't go too hard! If it is really to 'some out' it will gently release a yellow sebum/hard oil. There will be no blood. If you think 'Ouch' then you are best off stopping straight away...it is not ready.
i dont think its possible and if it is
it would hurt ALOT and bleed!
get a small towell, wet it with hot water, then put if on ur nose for 5 mins.
[it brings the black heads to the surface]
then use clean and clear blackhead removing scrub everyday.
then bior strips every 3 days.
it worked for me.
no! you have to use too much pressure....even if you were to steam your face before doing so.see an aesthetician or use biore blackhead remover.with the biore, you may have to go through 2-3 boxes before it's completely gone.
Actually, you can squeeze blackheads and be fine. It's the whiteheads that you shouldn't pop. It can lead to infection and leave ugly scars on your face.
Go for it, you wont bleed, and you cant beat that feeling of watching that hideous snake like thing crawl out of your skin.
You never want to pop anything on your face. Try using a good cleanser and maybe even a face mask for deep cleansing and exfoliation.
u want to open up the pores 1st b4 doing that. steem or jst using very hot water will help. than ya go for it. but make sure once ur done rub some ice on those areas to close the pores
DON'T pop them.
Scrub them with sugar

And now that I'm using it, it has became my best friend. lolz
It does work alright but the medication in the pads break me out! You might have better results.

the black heads u c is only the oxidation of the excess oil. its not dirt. what u can do is 3 steps:
1- cleansing: use a daily oil free liquid gel cleanser for oily skin. suggest: Avene gentle cleanser and Sebium Gel Moussant.
2- use a gentle exfoliant once or twice a week especially on the T-zone. forehead and nose..and if u have any on your chin. suggest Sebium Exfoliant Gel.
3-use a daily hydrationg cream for oily skin, it's called usually Anti-shine cream,, it will reduce alot the excess of sebium or the oil which will cause black heads.
4- if u use make up let it be an oil-free foundation or if u use a sunscreen let it be an oil-free fluid one, not a cream. and make sure to remove them well using a gel make up remover and don't forget the most important: the Toner.
hope these steps will be useful ;) u'll find the difference from the 2nd week.
The dirt in your pores are blackheads because only blackheads can stay inside your pores for a very long time. I would recommend Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub. First, you鈥檒l feel a tinggling sensation as the salicylic acid penetrates deep to eliminate blackheads by removing stubborn dirt and oil trapped inside the pores. Use the scrub daily with Blackhead Eliminating Astringent.
I am afraid sweety that they are blackheads...and well...all i can recommend is to scrub, wash, cleance, tone and moisturise (in that order) every morning with a skin care range which suits your skin type. Also take your make up off at night with a face or baby wipe. And DO NOT touch your face. I used to have a bad habit of touching my face but i have finally forced myself out of it as it puts ALOT of dirt and bacteria on your face. Also i sleep with a fabric head band holding my hair off my face to avoid the dirt collected in my hair over the day being smeared all over my face in my sleep.
Boil a large pot of water on the stove in your kitchen. When it's at a rigorous boil, put a towel over your head and stand a little less than a foot over the water and let the steam hit your face (use the towel to make somewhat of a 'tent' over your head) and do this for 5-10 minutes. Make sure that you don't stand too close to the water. This steaming method will cleanse your skin and open your pores. You can use a face mask to lift the dirt out or use a sugar scrub. And just make sure you wash your face really well.
mary kay has a microdermabrasion set that minimizes pores and a blemish control toner that is great for cleaning pores and preventing breakouts...you should wash twice a day though with a facial cleanser not just soap....i really like mary kay's normal to dry time wise cleanser with the microdermabrasion
those would be blackheads hun and using a facial scrub or clay mask helps a lot...just don't use them too often or your face will start drying out or get irritated. good luck.
I have had those my whole life. I use Apricot scrub from St. Ives and I scrub for about 1 min hard only on my nose in the shower. Make sure you soak it with hot/warm water before scrubbing to open the pores. Then after the shower, I use Neutragena Astringent to wipe out the dirt I missed. I do this everyday, and the black dots have decreased dramatically. Hope this helps you.
i have these things too, for longer than 6 years.....washing everyday with plain soap and water does seem to help a bit but it doesn't really take them away.......
Try an Appricot face scrub by St. Ives. After a few scrubs you should see a difference.

Tight blackheads...?
I know this is a constant question, but answers I've read, I have already tried and they didn't work.
I have blackheads around my t zone and chin. I've used biore pore strips and it got some of them out. Clearly I have some really tight ones that just won't come out.
I know that popping them is really bad for your skin so I try to avoid it. And really putting my face over nearly boiling water for the steam doesn't seem to do much. I've also used the lemon juice/salt combo-didn't do much either.
My pores seem to have tightened around the dirt/oil/whatever is in there and it just won't budge!
Only thing I haven't tried is opening my pores with steam then butting on the biore strips-maybe that would get them all out?
Any ideas?Tight blackheads...?
if it's really bothering you, i would suggest getting a facial at a local spa specially formulated for your skin type. the facialist will get the blackheads out and will tell you ways to keep them out. good luckTight blackheads...?
ok, so you said you tried a facial and it didnt work to get all the blackheads. but, i had a facial yesterday and they got out every last one. i would strongly recommend seeing a different facialist. not all of them specialize in the same things. a different facialist may be better at extracting blackheads than others. ask people for recommendations of good facialists or look online for some. most day spas have ratings on their services, so that could be helpful. good luck!
You need to get to the source of the problem. The blackheads are caused by your skin care regimen (and possibly also by your diet). It's most likely your makeup. What products do you use? Try to stick to natural and organic products. They are made of materials that our bodies naturally absorb. The products you use probably clog your pores.
Popping your blackheads will make the pores larger and then they will just look awful!
I use Stri Vectin (buy it at GNC). It is expensive but lasts a very long time. I use it every night before I go to bed and it has really helped my blackheads a lot!
Poor baby. Let me help you. If you use St. Ives facial scrub it will remove the top surface of bad skin. Just keep your skin clean and stop abusing it.
steam ur face but dont burn it. let it dry and stick the biore strips. this will remove them all. make sure ur face is completely dry
HONEY I USE THESE TIPS WITH ANY AND EVERY PERSON I DO MAKEUP FOR IN THE THEATRE DEPT. AT SCHOOL, INCLUDING CLEANSING MY OWN SKIN!
When it comes to the face, heat is the biggest key. Heat creates an atmosphere for your pores to expand. A hot rag (as hot as you can stand it) across the face is the best bet. As far as a topical treatment, you need to invest in a good scrub and a very fine toner. I tell people this all the time that I do makeup for. Here are some key things to remember when looking for cleansers:
1. A good scrub needs to have some sort of exfoliant (i.e. microbeads, pumice grains, etc.) in it. Once you have applied the hot rag to your face and opened up your pores, the scrub is used to get deep down into the pores and clean them out.
2. In a good scrub, stay away from anything that has a lot of soap or fragrance to it. Fragrance = additives that probably will makes things worse. Your main ingredient when looking for a scrub is salicylic acid. Salicylic acid acts as an antibacterial to cleanse deep to break up the blackheads and fight the bacteria causing them.
3. A good toner should be found because once the skin is clean, the toner is used to tighten the cleansed pores to minimalize the entrance of future bacteria. And sadly to say it (but get over it), A TONER DOES STINK! Its made primarily of alcohol, so it will stink! Get over it! It's worth it!
4. Lastly, and a lot of people don't think about this, find a light lotion with an added sunscreen (at least SPF 15). You want a light lotion (nothing fancy or fragrancy) with a sunscreen to prevent dryness from the toner and the sunscreen will help protect from sun damage (obviously!).
Always remember to catch blackheads before they start (before they become pimples)! And for the love of God: DO NOT PICK AT A PIMPLE IF YOU GET ONE! Picking only creates more infection from the bacteria on your hands....and most importantly: it's just GROSS! Some brands to try for a scurb or toner would be: Oil of Olay, Biore`, Clinique, Clean %26amp; Clear, Clearasil.......just to name a few! Also remember to drink lots of water to help keep down ure intake of oils. Oh and p.s. to guys who are reading this: just because girls use it in a commercial DOES NOT mean that a guy cannot use it too! A girl would like it a lot more to see a guy with a clean face and a cabinet full of girly skin care stuff, than Mister Zit next door! I'm gay....trust me on this!

Does The Sun Help Remove Spots & Blackheads..?
When i go on holiday will the sun get rid of my blackheads %26amp; spots..? :) xDoes The Sun Help Remove Spots %26amp; Blackheads..?
Short-term being in the sun can reduce acne but the sun also damages your skin causing aging. A good skin care regimen will keep pores clear and wrinkles at bay. Using moisturizer with SPF15 minimum when in the sun will help keep your skin healthy. If any acne treatments you're using contain salicylic acid (or benzoyl peroxide i think) you should not go in the sun without some sunscreen as it leaves you more susceptible to the sun's rays. There are several anti-acne ingredients that leave you more susceptible to sun damage. They usually list on the bottle somewhere to always use sunscreen while using the product if they do. Certain medications can cause you to be more susceptible to the sun too.Does The Sun Help Remove Spots %26amp; Blackheads..?
just don't wear any make up in the sun if you have spots. and if you're sweating from the heat, it also won't help.
generally, being in the sun is not very good for your skin. it might help you with some spots, but it'll make your skin age more quickly.
It does not help. The sun causes sun spots and darkening areas on forehead, nose and cheeks over time. the sun does not get rid of black heads either. I would say the sun would increase oil production in skin therefore creating more blemishes.
A good sun screen, one that is non oil based to where while on your holiday is your best bet.
No, infact sun will make ur skin sweat and oil which can even aggravate your pimples and black heads. But you can prevent it by using methods that can check oiliness on your face.

Can anyone help me with my blackheads?!?!?!?
i have many blackheads around my nose and its frustrating and i was wondering if any one knew a way to get rid of them.. i have tried everything from ..scrubs to strips... helpp?!?!?1Can anyone help me with my blackheads?!?!?!?
Been there and done this: First of all avoid using products formulatted with mineral oil and animal products. These do not get absorbed by the skin and what it does is that it clogs your pores. In fact mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skins health #1 is the sun, it is like rubbing car oil on your skin and exposing yourself to the sun... Animal product come form rendering plants, these plants pick all dead animals from the road, meatmarkets etc and what they do is put them in a huge pot and squash everything inside and boil it the oil that comes to the top is what other companies use to formulate their ';beauty'; products ... gross i know.. eww lipstick and aghhh .. anyway, the important thing to do is read your ingredients and use the right ones regularly .... I use Arbonne's Deep Pore Cleansing Masque and their facial scrub anyway, their entire antiaging line which i love and I am only 33 years old, http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com under shop online, and have noticed that the blackheads have dissappear and when i see some they are easily to get them out with out marking your skin. they are botanically based and formulatted with no animal products and wihout mineral oil. works wonderful for me and the best thing is that you could shop online, receive it in your house and if ther is something you do not like about the products which is rarely to happen, you return the item and they give your money back .... you have nothing to loose only those hateful blackheads ;~)Can anyone help me with my blackheads?!?!?!?
Honey I cant help you but I can say you aint alone w/ that problem!
This sounds like it's job related?? If not you may be subconsciously rubbing your nose area. Keeping your hands off of your face will help stop reoccurring, blackheads, and blemishes. You have to cleanse your face AM, and PM. If you go to a cosmetic counter, (by the way, don't be embarrassed) any consultant will be more than happy to help you achieve a flawless look. Male or Female. I know because I did this for years.
But really all the scrubs, masks, peels, and strips won't help you if you keep rubbing your T-Zone Area. Hope this helps you!
i know they're creams to open up your pores to help get the black heads out, but I think the best is to go see an esthetician.
Drink plenty of water - reduce your greasy food intake and get a skin care regimen. Try this too - if you like the pore strips, mix a little glue (school white) with water and put it on and top it with a paper towel or napkin or something like that. Let it dry and voila - instant pore strip - FYI
YOU HAVE TO TRUST ME ON THIS ONE! I AM A COSMETOLOGIST AMONGST OTHER things.
I have used a Swiss ';Mallow Lotion'; that is purely botanical extracts and mallow which is a soothing ingredient. It contains wheat germ oil and the lotion actually softens the skin unbelievably and DOES SOFTEN THE BLACKHEADS SO THEY COME OUT EASIER. I have had a prob with a blackhead that sat next to my nose, it ws thick too, and the only hting the got rid of it was using this lotio for moisturizer and then a few days later I just squeezed the blackhead out and effortlessly.
What i recommend is you wash yr face with a mild cleanser Sephora.com has a really good one *fRESH SOY CLEANSER its like liquid gold no smell and just refreshing you cn use it over yr eyes lashes entire face and will not dry yr skin and removes all make up and conditions the eyelashes at the same time. Instead of 3 dif. products this one is ONE thta does all.
Then steam yr face for 5 minutes. AFter that the pores will be easier to let the dirt out so with a pimple squeezer or yr two fingers wrapped in cotton, gently push up and out where the blackhead is. If it doesnt come out put a mask on it like a dead sea salt clay mask. And wait a few days. For many blackheads on yr nose JUST PUSH UP LIKE YOU WERE SCRUBBING AND MOPPING A FLOOR, BUT ON YR SKIN, PUTTING PRESSURE LIGHTLY WITH YR FOREFINGER IN COTTON AND UP AND OUT EVERYWHERE YOU SEE BLACKHEADS. cAREFUL WITH YR NAILS those will scar yr skin. no nails.
When they come out immidiately rinse yr face with cold water and apply a toner or astringent for yr face type (acne prone) something with salycilic acid.
You cannot get them all out at the same time. Little by little. But do use the Swiss Just ';Mallow Lotion'; it is not sold in stores, its private Swiss distributorships that sells it, but you can see it online. www.swissjust.com
I have known this exquisite botanical Swiss line for 10 yrs now, its new here in the USA but its superb. They also have hydrotherapy extracts and many healing botanical products. all are natural nothing artificial.
I should start selling it myself as I am one big fan of their products, but unfurtunately though I am a member of teh Swiss Just family I cannot sell bc Im home bound ill many times.
I would also use the strips on yr nose too, but give yr nose a rest of a few days in between.
And dont assume that you cannot use moisturizer, you have to to keep yr skin soft supple. Sephora.com makes a cream from yougurt for oily skin too and its great Greek product. Or buy anything in Sephora for yr skin type.
Write to me if you have questions. I can help you o n skin issues.
go to the doctor and they will help... also try to use clean and clear...
i have the same problem amd some people mistake them for freckles cuz there are so many on my nosse, clean and clear in the purple bottle is great for preventing any more from coming, but if ther already there it doesnt do much to get them out, best thing is to go get a professional facial, but even still they come back after a month or so
Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips.
Everyone acts like they hurt but they really don't. They help with the blackheads and make your pores appear smaller. There's also a nice scent to the green tea ones.
CLEAN AND CLEAR!
try using some lemon juice to tighten up your skin after you use a product to clean it well
Blackheads can happen to anyone, no matter what your skin type. Blackheads are caused by oil in your skin that gets caught and expands in the pores. Oxidizing from exposure to the air, the oil actually turns black.
what works for some people might not work for everyone but here are some things that you can consider.~
First, stop the problem before it starts. Use noncomedogenic, oil-free, water-based skin-care products. (Noncomedogenic means the products were laboratory tested and approved by the FDA not to clog pores and cause blackheads.)
If you change your skin-care routine and still get blackheads, speak to a dermatologist about getting a prescription for Retin-A, which is a strong exfoliant that opens pores, sloughs off dead skin and cleans out blackheads.
If all else fails, a dermatologic facial performed at a dermatologist's office involves a prescription-strength acid that gets rid of dead layers of skin and the use of surgical instruments to extract the blackheads.
Blackheads are a problem that should be treated by a dermatologist. But, if you want to try an over-the-counter product, a lot of people rave about Biore Pore Perfect Strips, which are supposed to lift out blackheads on your nose, forehead and chin.
Hope this helps~

Do dogs or cats get pimples (blackheads)?
Yes, I had a cat who had pimples on her chin.Do dogs or cats get pimples (blackheads)?
Yes they can. A pimple is just a small infection in the sweat gland or hair follicle, animals get them too. I have grehounds and because they tend to have little hair on their lower chests they often get blackheads and pimples, which are very obvious.Do dogs or cats get pimples (blackheads)?
