You apply pressure on either side of the blemish with your finger tips and the infection will come out of the pore. If you have a huge yellow looking pimple it is best to take a pair of tweezers and take the top skin off of it with those and then gently squeeze until all of the yellow and then the white head of it comes out. if you just have to pop a pimple the right way will be to wash your hands then get two q tips and squeeze the pimple after you are done put Bactria on it
