My face has a lot of dry skin, pimples, blackheads ect. ect.?

Does anybody know what cream or stuff I can do to help my face be clear and smooth? I really just can't stand it! Here is some pics of my skin.

Well, I'm not really experienced at that kind of stuff but back when I was a teen I washed my face a lot and it helped. That's the best answer I can give ya.My face has a lot of dry skin, pimples, blackheads ect. ect.?
You should definitely try Proactiv. I used it, and after two weeks my skin was about 90% clear. The key ingredient that helped was the benzoyl peroxide, but the whole system together was just a miracle. It's pricey stuff though, so you could also just look for products at the drugstore containing benzoyl peroxide.
