Acne, Pimples, Blackheads?

I know that everyone says, and you probably will too, that you should not pop or remove your acne, pimples, or blackheads physicaly. Ive decided to completly stop inorder to heal. But I was just thinking.. Lets say you get a real bad pimple or blackhead, and it seems like it'd be better to just remove it. Should you remove it? What are the kinds that you should remove and what kinds should stay for healing? How can you go about safely removig these?Acne, Pimples, Blackheads?
All should stay for healing until they burst or pop on their own (which, ideally, if you're treating them, they shouldn't). If you have this many different forms of acne: non-inflammatory (blackheads and comedones), inflammatory (whiteheads and pustules), and possibly cystic (hard nodules under the skin), then you need to consider Accutane therapy. This is especially true if you are concerned about scarring. Accutane is commonly-prescribed for patients who have acne that causes scarring.





If you're not prepared to consider Accutane, then you need to consider what is called ';combination therapy';, where multiple treatments (like benzoyl peroxide and glycolic acid and salycylic acid) are used together to treat acne. This is is ';secret'; of treatments like ProActiv, AcneFree, Clean%26amp;Clear, and those brands. They utilize multiple therapies (in a cleanser, toner, and leave-on treatment) to attack acne in different mechanisms. This treats acne chemically (at the molecular level), preventing scarring, rather than trying to treat it physically (by trying to 'pop' a cyst or scrub the acne the away), which can scar or abrade the skin.





Good luck -- and get treatment for your acne to prevent the need for popping. It will be money well-spent, even if you don't have insurance. You will spend far less money now than you would later trying to remove the scars later. Acne, Pimples, Blackheads?
Well if it's a type of boil then it is infectious so you can try hot compresses for awhile to see if it'll come to a head and then express it using something to protect your hands like latex gloves.Make sure you disinfect the area after wards or it'll cause more,you may laugh but I use bleach,it kills everything,you just have to be tough and suck the pain from the sting for a little while,it'll stop.
