Question about blackheads?

My husband has these two blackheads on his back that will not go away. I've tried just leaving them alone and they don't go away. I've tried squeezing the gunk out of them but the come right back. How do you get rid of big blackheads?Question about blackheads?

Unless all the gunk is out, it will remain. Sometimes it's just time, they stick around but not forever.
after getting the gunk out, use an exfoliation on the area to assist with removing/scrubbing all the dead skin and oils of his back.
