Lemon juice may do more damage than fix it. It's very acidic and can dry out your skin. I would suggest, for blackheads, putting a hot towel on your face for a few minutes. Make sure it stay hot. The heat opens your pores. Then take tweezers and squeeze them out. After, wash your face normally. I do this about every 3 days.
